The common thread of Venice Cocktail Week 2026 is the celebration and promotion of the local bartender community, as well as Italian and international bartenders

The 30 Selected Cocktail Bars present a Drink List
VCW26 featuring 3 exclusive cocktails:

• 1 VCW26 Signature Cocktail, an original creation
• 1 VCW26 Midday Aperitivo, Low ABV or Alcohol-Free, ideal for the Midday Aperitivo and for any time of day
• 1 VCW26 Classic Cocktail, inspired by the great classics of international mixology

BARKEEPER

A special focus is placed on resident bartenders through the Barkeeper initiative: the true protagonists of each venue, with dedicated moments allowing the public to discover their stories, the VCW26 Cocktail Lists directly behind the bar and the spirit of the bars they lead.

POP-UP BAR

Venice welcomes the Pop-Up Bars of all ICW events – Florence Cocktail Week, Tuscany Cocktail Week, Cortina Cocktail Weekend and Amalfi Coast Cocktail Week – in an ongoing dialogue between territories, experiences and styles of Made in Italy mixology.
