drink sector.<br \/>\nIn 2016 she brought the cocktail week to Florence, shaping the international format to the city\u2019s measure.<br \/>\nIn 2023 she will land in Venice with Venice Cocktail Week, the third cocktail week of the Serenissima with the purpose of spreading the culture of mixology and good drinking.<\/p>\n<p>In 2021, it also arrived in Venice with Venice Cocktail Week, the first cocktail week in the Serenissima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objective: to spread the culture of mixology and responsible drinking.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dress by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/collinimilano\" target=\"_blank\">Collini Milano 1937<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paola Mencarelli Founder &amp;
